Working draft · Version draft-2026-10-24 · Not effective
Service messages
The planned service may send sign-in codes, order status, shipping charge requests, payment information, safety notices and case updates. Approved channels and senders must be stated accurately before launch. A sign-in code must never be requested by Vuta staff in chat or by phone.
Marketing choices
Promotional messages must be distinguishable from essential service messages. The final service must record the applicable choice, explain how to withdraw it and honor channel-specific and legal requirements. No marketing opt-in is collected by the preview.
Cookies and local storage
The preview uses local browser storage for sample orders and cookies for preview preferences such as theme and view. These records do not establish a real order. A live site may use necessary session and security storage; any analytics or marketing technologies must be inventoried and assessed before use. The final notice should list each category, purpose, lifespan and user choice.
Contact and changes
The communications contact, providers, retention periods and consent controls are pending. This draft should be updated whenever live delivery or tracking technology is added.
