Parties and approval
The contracting Vuta entity and each vendor's legal identity must be named before an agreement is signed. A vendor may list live goods only after organization, permit and responsible-person checks required for its origin and category. Vuta may request updated evidence, suspend publication or decline a vendor subject to an agreed review and appeal process.
Listing accuracy and goods
The vendor must have authority to sell each item and provide accurate model, condition, origin, stock, price, specifications, safety information and warranty coverage. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or prohibited goods are not allowed. The vendor must disclose material changes and known defects. An approved listing applies to the exact reviewed revision; a material edit requires a new review.
Orders and fulfillment
The vendor must not substitute an item without an authorized process. Product, quantity and identifier evidence should be available for procurement and warehouse inspection. The final agreement must set stock confirmation, packing, handover and response deadlines, and define what happens if the vendor is out of stock or supplies the wrong item. The current preview's browser-local orders do not create vendor obligations.
Payments, fees and records
The pricing policy, vendor proceeds, currency conversion, payment timing, deductions, chargebacks and tax responsibilities require commercial approval. The vendor should receive transaction records and preserve invoices and other evidence for agreed periods. Changes to payout details should require independent verification.
Buyer contact and disputes
Buyer contact details should be limited to what the vendor needs for an assigned transaction. The vendor must not solicit direct payment or move an order off Vuta. It must cooperate with authenticity, quality, return, warranty and fraud investigations. The final agreement must allocate liability, insurance, return freight and dispute costs, with a defined appeal process.
Term, suspension and exit
Notice, termination rights, treatment of open orders, data return and post-exit obligations are awaiting legal review. Vuta may need an immediate hold for safety or fraud while preserving an auditable reason and review route.
